CRIME VICTIMS RALLY AT STATE CAPITOL FOR RIGHTS AWARENESS

People who are part of a national movement have been advocating for crime victim’s rights at Pennsylvania’s state capitol. The  victims’ rights rally took place Monday afternoon.   Officials say this year’s theme is “Rights, Access, Equity for All Victims.” The Crime Victims’ Alliance estimates that  more  200-thousand people are victims of crimes  in Pennsylvania. The demonstration was part of the National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, which runs until April 30.
