Pennsylvania’s Legislative Black Caucus is offering a scholarship to students of color, but the April 30th deadline to apply is fast approaching. House Leaders say eligible students of color can receive up to a thousand dollars to put towards their education. The funding is available for any graduating high school senior or current undergrad college students. Only the first 100 applications will be processed.
