Twenty-seven-year-old Tyler Kerlin is being charged with raping a child. Among the counts lodged against him were involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and the indecent assault of a person less than 13-years-old and corruption of minors. Pennsylvania State Police say they received a ChildLine report regarding the assault. Kerlin is now being held at the Somerset County Prison.
