Forty-two-year-old Timothy Adam Spiker was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey and trespassing, after several contacts with police on Saturday. During the last contact, police found Spiker in the area of Baltimore and Liberty Streets. He had been advised to leave but continued to yell and create a disturbance. He received a District Court hearing and was held on $2,000 bond.
