Mack Recardo Lewis of Deep Run, North Carolina, who was wanted on an outstanding homicide warrant, was arrested late last week on Interstate 68. Lewis was traveling into Maryland, from West Virginia, when the arrest was made. Troopers were able to deflate his tires during the pursuit. He was taken to the Garrett County Detention Center, pending extradition to North Carolina.
