West Virginia Governor Jim Justice thinks COVID case numbers are higher. The official count of active COVID-19 cases is just shy of two-thousand. But Governor Justice and others feel that he actual case count could be much higher. The Governor said the official numbers are likely just “part of the story,” since access to home test kits is much easier now.
