Water service will be shut down in the Decatur Heights region of Cumberland today, until about 11 a.m. The contractor needs to repair a portion of the existing system. Areas affected include Decatur Street, Baltimore Avenue from Front Street to Bellevue, and Davidson Street, from Henderson Avenue to Footer Place. Additional information will be released, in the event the planned outage area needs to be expanded or the duration needs extended.
