Thirty-three-year-old Stephen Kenneth Heath faces numerous charges, including violation of a protective order, harassment as a course of conduct, and stalking, in connection to an incident that happened last Saturday. Heath is accused of violating the terms and conditions of a protective order issued by District Court. Heath was currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
