Gas prices across Maryland are unbearable. Governor Larry Hogan says that he’s once again calling on Democrats leaders and the Comptroller to minimize the impact of an upcoming gas tax increase. It’s set to take place on July 1st. Hogan said he’d also like to see another gas tax holiday which would give drivers some short-term relief at the pumps. Hogan added that he’s pleased to hear that the President is looking to take steps to suspend the federal gas tax as well.
