A man wanted in connection with a May 7th Cheat Lake area murder, has been seen in that area. Forty-two-year-old Arlo Whiteoak Romano is wanted for the murder of Matt Moore. Recently, Cleotis Cortez Paul “Ghost” Epps, Jr., of Michigan was arrested on a drug conspiracy charge, and was also charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy in the shooting death of Moore. While not going into detail, officials say drugs are a factor in Moore’s murder.
