A new poll finds a statistical dead heat in both the Democratic and Republican primaries for Maryland governor. The survey from Goucher College shows Comptroller Peter Franchot, former non-profit CEO Wes Moore and former DNC Chairman Tom Perez in a virtual tie for the Democratic nomination. On the Republican side, Delegate Dan Cox leads former Maryland Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz, 25-percent to 22-percent. Thirty-five percent of Democratic primary voters and 44-percent of Republican voters say they are undecided in their choice three weeks ahead of the election.
