Keyser resident Jared Nathaniel Citarelli was charged with CDS possession-not marijuana-following his arrest on Valley Street Saturday afternoon. Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle with a man and woman inside, and a consent search was conducted. Citarelli was arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
