It is starting to look like there will be some pushback to West Virginia Governor Jim Justice’s income tax cut proposal. Not that anyone is against cutting taxes, but which taxes? Senate President Craig Blair says the Republican caucus would much rather see a cut in property taxes, before cutting into income tax. A special session to iron this out will likely be called later this month.
