Allegany County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mount Savage resident Raymond Lee Butts last night. Butts had been wanted on an active arrest warrant, and has been eluding police to prevent his arrest. An investigation revealed that Butts had been hiding at a Corriganville home. He was taken into custody, and had been awaiting his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
