Cumberland resident James Robert Michael Langway was charged with arson and destruction of property counts, following his arrest on Tuesday. Lanway was seen setting fire to a dumpster in the White Oaks Shopping Center late Monday evening, after throwing garbage cans around the parking lot and breaking a window at a business. He was subsequently served with a criminal summons for trespassing at a Virginia Avenue business. He received a District Court appearance, and was held on a temporary bond.
