PARKING GARAGE PARTIALLY COLLAPSES IN BALTIMORE

There were no injuries and no damage to vehicles after a parking garage partially collapsed in downtown Baltimore.  The collapse happened Friday morning at the entrance to the garage at One East Pratt Street.  More than four dozen cars are stuck inside the structure because the entrance is blocked.  Officials say Standard Parking will update drivers on when it is safe to retrieve their vehicles.  Meanwhile, Charles Street, between Pratt and Conway streets will remain closed indefinitely while crews investigate the collapse and clear the rubble.
