A major computer glitch took the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles website off line for several hours Tuesday. The DMV is calling it a “system-wide mainframe outage.” The outage also took out other state site, but the DMV was the one that was hit the hardest. Technicians were able to get most of the features back in operation last evening.
