REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR LARRY HOGAN WON’T SUPPORT COX

Maryland’s Republican governor will not support the GOP candidate running to succeed him in Annapolis.  Governor Larry Hogan says he will not vote for Dan Cox, who he has called a “Q-Anon whack job.” Former President Donald Trump endorsed Cox who called Vice President Mike Pence a “traitor” during the January 6 Capitol riot. Hogan tweets that the former president “selfishly colluded” with a Democratic group to boost the far-right campaign of Cox in a move that could cost Republicans a governorship this fall. Hogan endorsed Kelly Schulz in the GOP primary.
