Incumbent Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby concedes to Ivan Bates who won the Democratic Party Primary. Mosby came in third. She issued a statement of concession yesterday as did runner up Thiru Vignaraja. Mosby says she’ll work with Bates “to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition.”
