Garrett County resident Thomas Dunbar has been arrested on charges of concealing a body, in connection with the murder of Todd Saunders of Preston County. Albright, West Virginia resident Andrew Prudnick was found guilty of the murder of Ryan Lee Sines of Friendsville in 2020; Prudnick also admitted to the murder of Saunders to Dunbar, who was taken into custody on those related charges.
