After a couple of back and forth battle in the House, an abortion bill in West Virginia is passed and now heads to the Senate. House Bill 302 is also expected to pass in the GOP controlled Senate. The House did finally decide of rape and incest language that would allow for an exception of less than 14 week of gestation, and law enforcement had been notified. The bill passed in the House 69-to-23.
