The city of Cumberland Water Department will be replacing a 6-inch water main on Avondale Avenue, from Williams Street to Kent Avenue, beginning Monday. No Parking signs will be placed in active work zones during working hours. Plan to take alternate routes. Parking will be limited throughout the duration of the project.
