WV GUARD HEADED TO KENTUCKY

Fourteen members of the West Virginia National Guard in Kentucky to assist with flood response.  The guard members will use two UH-60M Blackhawks and two UH-72 Lakota copters to assist in rescue efforts.  Meanwhile, Fayette, Greenbrier, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, and Wyoming counties remain under a state of emergency due to heavy rain and rising flood waters.
