Cumberland resident Anthony Jerome Causion has been charged with first and second-degree assault, following his arrest on Monday. He was accused by the victim of assaulting them several times, since last Sunday night which resulted in numerous injuries. He received an initial appearance in District Court, where he was ordered held without bond.
