With less than three weeks before the start of school, the Virtual Preparatory Academy of West Virginia is seeing enrollment pick up. The on-line charter school is near 100 students enrolled, and there are another 375 applications still in the pipeline. The first day of class is August 22nd. VPA is also in the process of hiring more teachers.
