C.G. Enterprises has purchased 118 Baltimore Street, the former M & T Bank Building. The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation made the announcement; the closing on the property took place yesterday. The building, bought by Cumberland businessmen Chris Hendershot and Garrett Eagan, was built in 1898 as the Rosenbaum building. Redevelopment plans include a first-floor lobby restaurant, evening lounge, visitors’ center and gift shop, along with market retail spaces. Also planned are office spaces, short term residential units and fourth floor luxury apartment residences.
