One person suffered a gunshot wound to the head and a relative is in custody in Bedford County. The Pennsylvania State Police say 32-year-old Ray Vincent faces several charges, after shooting a relative in the head during an argument. Bail was denied, and he is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 10th. The shooting happened along Douglass Road in Hopewell Township on Tuesday; the victim himself called 911 to report he had been shot in the head by Vincent. He was later taken to UPMC-Altoona for treatment. When interviewed, Vincent admitted to punching the victim in the head, but denied having a gun.
