Police in Washington County are searching for a teenage suspect in connection to a Hagerstown murder. Authorities say that a 44-year-old man was shot and killed after a fight last Friday. The suspect has been identified as 16-year-old Ty Shan Jerome Dotson. An arrest warrant is out for his arrest. Anyone with information should call the police.
