18 year-old Steven Fields, of Hull, Georgia, has been sentenced to 10 years of probation and ordered to pay restitution for spending $31,000 that wasn’t his. A bank teller accidentally deposited a check into his account for $31,000. The check was intended to go into the account of another customer also named Steven Fields. Steven, the teenager, withdrew $20,000 and bought a BMW convertible and fast food. The bank called the police after Steven tried to withdraw more money the next day. Cops are hoping to auction off the Beemer in order to pay restitution to the 70 year-old victim.
