The Maryland State Police at McHenry are looking for a runaway from the Backbone Mountain Youth Center. Three juveniles had run away initially, but two of the three were located several hours later in Westernport. The youth they are seeking is a 17-year-old black male, wearing khaki pants, a white shirt, white shoes, and carrying a black backpack or bag. He was last seen in the area of Kalbaugh Street in Westernport at about 2:45 a.m. yesterday. Citizens are reminded to lock their cars when unattended.
