Twenty-one-year-old Martinsburg resident Gabriel Cardwell is being charged in the stabbing death of Scott Allen Mullen in Morgan County early Monday morning. The incident took place in the 9000-block of Winchester Grade Road. Mullen died at the scene and Cardwell is being held in the Eastern Regional Jail without bail.
