Pennsylvania’s Republican nominee for governor has announced he’s suing the January 6th Congressional Committee. Doug Mastriano is protesting the panel’s legal ability to force him to answer questions about his reported involvement in the attacks on the U.S. Capitol. Last month, Mastriano cut short a closed-door interview without answering questions from committee members. The lawsuit was filed late last week in federal court in Washington.
