Gas prices remain well above the current national average in Pennsylvania. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded fell yesterday in the Keystone State to just under three dollars, 95 cents compared to the corresponding national figure of about three 74. Texas retains bragging rights to the nation’s lowest prices at the pump, posting a figure of three 19 on Thursday. Prices remain highest in California, where the average, per-gallon price rose slightly yesterday to five bucks, 34 cents.
