More than 300 statewide recreation and natural resources projects in Pennsylvania are getting a lot of new funding. Governor Wolf has announced the state will spend 90-million-dollars to help revitalize local communities and nature areas. The grants will help fund improvements to trail and river conservation projects, provide streamside forest buffers, and revamp recreation and park areas. The money comes from realty transfer taxes, the Environmental Stewardship Fund and fees from ATV and snowmobile licenses.
