New Paris, Pennsylvania resident Elizabeth Freed is expected to be cited for a Saturday crash along Fairhope Road in Somerset County. Police say she failed to negotiate a railroad crossing and her vehicle crashed into the railroad tracks and became stuck. CSX was contacted and all train traffic was temporarily suspended. The vehicle was removed from the tracks. Ms. Freed was not injured but will receive several citations from the incident.
