Former State Senator David Harrington has died. Harrington was appointed to the State Senate back in 2008 after previously serving on the Prince George’s County council. Governor Hogan said that he and First Lady Yumi will miss Harrington dearly. Hogan noted that Harrington dedicated his life to serving others.
