FROSH: NO EVIDENCE WITHHELD IN SYED CASE

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh says no evidence was withheld in the murder case against Adnan Syed.  He criticized Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby after she accused his office of failing to turn over handwritten notes to the defense team.  Those notes allegedly contained interviews with two suspects in the case.  Syed was arrested 20 years ago in the murder of his high-school girlfriend.  He was set free, with the help of Mosby, earlier this week.
