Governor Larry Hogan is feeling good about a circuit court decision to allow election officials to count mail-in ballots early. In a statement, the Governor said he welcomed the decision by the Montgomery County circuit court judge. Hogan said it’s something he’s been pushing hard since the start of the pandemic. The Governor is now calling on Marylanders to make sure they are registered to vote and they have a plan between now and November 8th.
