As gasoline prices soar out of control in the western United States, the price of the pump in West Virginia is remaining stable. In fact, according to Triple-A the average price for regular unleaded is down slightly in the past week, from 3-52 to 3-46 a gallon. Nevada, Oregon and Washington drivers are paying over five bucks a gallon, which seems like a bargain to those in California paying over six-dollars a gallon.
