Cumberland resident James Glenn Nash is being held without bond, following a Saturday incident in the 500-block of Lowell Avenue. He went to a home there and got into an argument that turned physical. It was later discovered that he was prohibited from being at the home, due to an active Protective Order. He was arrested and taken to Police Headquarters for processing. Nash received a District Court hearing, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
