The defense for Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby might be held in contempt of court. Federal Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby says A. Scott Bolden must re-file his response to a prosecution motion for a gag order because the one he filed contained confidential information about potential jurors. The judge said that information is not public record and she struck Bolden’s response. Bolden must re-file his response next week and show why the court should not impose disciplinary action. Mosby is on trial for perjury and mortgage fraud in March.
