Governor Larry Hogan is giving advice to some leaders from across the country.  The Governor spoke to dozens of budget officers late last week in Annapolis.  He gave them the insight to Maryland’s fiscal success during the National Association of State Budget Officers fall meeting.  His message comes on the heels of him announcing that state employees will receive a four-point-five-percent cost of living increase later this year.  NASBO has been around for more than 75-years.
