A 71-year-old Cumberland man was charged in connection with a September crash. Rickey Ludan Jones is accused of driving under the influence and several traffic-related charges, as his vehicle struck a building in the 400-block of Maryland Avenue. He was determined to be under the influence and was taken to a local medical facility for treatment. Following his arrest, he was taken before a District Court Commissioner, where he was released on his own recognizance.
