The Clorox Company has announced it will hold an opening ceremony for its new Martinsburg cat litter facility on October 21st. The company will use the Tabler Staton Business Park plant to manufacture Fresh Step and Scoop Away brands of cat litter. The facility represents a $190 million investment in the Berkeley County site. Plans were announced in January of 2020 to build the facility.
