Cumberland resident Sharon McLuckie has been charged with second-degree assault and abuse of a vulnerable adult, following an incident in the 200-block of Cole Street on Friday. The victim told police she had closed their leg in a door and shoved them to the ground; they observed evidence of assault and placed her under arrest. Ms. McLuckie received a District Court hearing and was later released on her own recognizance.
