Garrett County Public Schools will dismiss students three hours early on Thursday for Staff Development in the afternoon. GCPS will be conducting a variety of school-based professional development opportunities for staff based on identified needs in each building. On Friday, all Garrett County Schools and Administrative offices will be closed.
