In what is being described as an “isolated incident,” a man was shot this past weekend on Bowery Street in Frostburg. Police are looking for both the suspect, and anyone who may have witnessed the incident. A 19-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and received treatment at UPMC-Western Maryland. The shooting occurred at 12:38 a.m. Saturday morning. Anyone with information should contact the C3I Unit, Frostburg City Police, or Allegany-Mineral County Crime Solvers.
