Work is underway for a new Multi-Use and Sports Facility in Washington County. The facility will be housed in the heart of Hagerstown and the Governor called it Maryland’s version of the ‘Field of Dreams.’ When complete, it will be the future home of a baseball team in the Atlantic League.
