Governor Larry Hogan is announcing a handful of judicial appointments. He’s appointing Justin Gregory to the Garrett County Circuit Court, Marybeth Ayers and J. Bradford McCullough to the Montgomery County Circuit Court, and Cathi V. Coates to the Worcester County District Court. Coates is the first woman in state history to serve on that court. Hogan says he’s proud to appoint the “distinguished individuals” to serve within the state’s judicial system.
