STATE SENATE CANDIDATE RULED INELIGIBLE

A last-minute change is being made to early voting ballots in the 10th District Senate race in West Virginia.  Candidate Harry Lee Forbes has been ruled ineligible because of a residency violation.  Forbes and sitting Senator Jack Woodrum both live in Summers County, which violates the law that allows for only one candidate to live in a county of a multi-county district.  The 10th District race is now between incumbent Democrat Stephen Baldwin from Greenbrier County, Republican nominee Vince Deeds and Aaron Ransom who is an Independent.
